To foster an inclusive, safe and educational pathway environment for all players, teams, coaches, volunteers, referees, staff and parents in order to create an unconditional feeling of Game, Club and Community.

Technical Perspective

Implementation of BC Soccer’s grassroots plan of periodized player development programs, ongoing club programs assessment,coach and staff education to ensure the advancement of players through stages of Canadian Soccer Association’s Long Term Player Development Pathway.

Community Focus

The Club participates and promotes community events for all players, teams, clubs, coaches, volunteers, referees, staff and parents in order to create an unconditional feeling of Club pride and passion for community soccer.
