U8–U10 Program
Division 1 teams
BC Tigers’ Spring U8 – U10 program provides a structured development environment for players looking to improve their technical skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Players will be placed into teams based on age, level, and assessment.
This stage focuses on ball mastery and technical development, decision-making and game understanding, confidence in 1v1 situations, teamwork, spacing, and basic tactics, learning through game-based training activities.
Division 1 teams are invite-only based on player assessment and readiness for higher intensity training and competition. Division 1 players will receive:
Two 90-minute training sessions per week
Either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays
Cascadia League competition
- Games on Saturdays (Boys) and Sundays (Girls)
Some travel may be required depending on league scheduling

- Newton Athletic Park or surrounding parks

- Home and Away games

Players in Division 2 and Division 3 will participate in:
Two 60-minute training sessions per week
Either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
One league game on Sunday
