U11–U13 Program
division 1 teams
BC Tigers’ Spring U11 – U13 program is designed for players who are ready for a more structured and competitive soccer environment. This stage focuses on developing strong technical ability, increasing game understanding, and building confident decision-making in match situations. Players are placed into teams based on level and assessment.
This stage emphasizes technical excellence under pressure, 1v1 attacking and defending, speed of play and decision-making, team tactical understanding (spacing, transitions, roles), building consistency, confidence, and strong training habits.
Division 1 teams are invite-only based on player assessment and readiness for higher intensity training and competition. Division 1 players will receive:
Two 90-minute training sessions per week
Either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays
Cascadia League competition
- Games on Saturdays (Boys) and Sundays (Girls)
Some travel may be required depending on league scheduling
Players interested in being assessed for Division 1 must contact the Technical Director: td@bctigers.com

- Newton Athletic Park or surrounding parks
- Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays
- 1 game per week
- Home and Away games

Division 2 and Division 3 teams provide a strong development pathway while maintaining a competitive environment.
All players will receive:
Two 75-minute training sessions per week
Either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays
Cascadia League competition
- Games on Saturdays (Boys) and Sundays (Girls)
