U14–U18 Program
division 1 teams
BC Tigers’ Spring U14 – U18 program provides a competitive and development-focused environment for players looking to progress through higher-level training and match play. At this stage, emphasis is placed on advanced technical execution, tactical awareness, and physical preparation to support player growth and performance.
All teams will compete in the Cascadia League, with placements based on player level and assessment.
The U14 – U18 stage focuses on advanced technical development under game pressure, tactical understanding and team systems of play, decision-making speed and consistency, physical preparation and match intensity habits, building accountability, leadership, and strong training standards.
Division 1 teams are invite-only based on player assessment and readiness for a higher performance environment. Division 1 players will receive:
Two 90-minute training sessions per week
Either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays
Cascadia League competition
Games on Saturdays (Boys) and Sundays (Girls)
Some travel will be required depending on league scheduling

Division 2 and Division 3 teams provide strong player development while competing in a structured league environment.
Division 2 and Division 3 players will receive:
Two 75-minute training sessions per week
Either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
Cascadia League competition
